3. Appointment and Cancellations We kindly ask that you schedule appointments in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. DriftX Detailing reserves the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Vehicle Condition Before detailing services, please ensure your vehicle is free of personal items, valuable goods, and excess dirt. DriftX Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in your vehicle during the service. We also reserve the right to refuse service if your vehicle is in an unsafe or unsanitary condition.
5. Liability While we take great care in providing detailing services, DriftX Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including paint chips, scratches, or issues that were not caused during our service. We also do not assume responsibility for damage caused by third-party products or equipment used during detailing.
6. Service Warranty We offer warranties on some of our services, including coatings and paint protection. The terms of the warranty will be provided at the time of service, and warranty claims must meet certain criteria outlined in the service agreement.
7. Privacy and Data Protection By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your information will only be used for providing services, communication, and updates related to your vehicle.
8. Service Modifications DriftX Detailing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time without notice. We may update these Terms & Conditions, and the latest version will be available on our website.
9. Customer Responsibility You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any vehicle information provided to DriftX Detailing. You must also ensure that your vehicle is accessible on the agreed date and time.
10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where DriftX Detailing operates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
