We strive to provide the best detailing services, but if you are not completely satisfied with the result of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review the situation and offer a free re-service if necessary, depending on the nature of the issue.

2. Refund Policy
Refunds for services are generally not provided, as our services involve time, effort, and specialized materials. However, if there was an error on our part, such as incomplete service or failure to meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will make it right. In such cases, a partial refund or credit towards future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee or forfeiture of any pre-paid deposits.

4. Prepaid Packages and Subscriptions
For customers who have purchased prepaid service packages or memberships, we offer partial refunds or credits if you decide to discontinue the service before using all the services included in your package. Refund amounts will depend on the services rendered and the terms outlined in your agreement.

5. Damage During Service
While we take great care with every vehicle, DriftX Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, such as scratches, dents, or issues that were not caused during our service. If any damage occurs due to negligence or mishandling during a service, we will take responsibility and arrange for repair or compensation.

6. Returns for Products
For any detailing products purchased from DriftX Detailing, returns will be accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product is defective, we will replace it or offer a refund as per our discretion.

7. How to Request a Refund or Re-Service
To initiate a refund or request a re-service, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. Provide details of your service, the issue you encountered, and any supporting photos or documents, and we will respond within 2-3 business days.

8. Governing Law
